Helpful and attentive staff with a smile. An electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV available in the king room. A bath in the bathroom.

Greatly enjoyed good service.
The staff was very-very nice and the place was perfectly clean. Location: the hotel was not far from the tourist attractions, and a cruise ship. I found La Birra offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue. The restaurant was within walking distance of the property.

This was exactly the double room I wanted in Fuenlabrada. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. The location was nice - near the tourist attractions and a cruise ship. It also was eASY TO PARK.

We had a great stay at Avenida De Espana. The hotel was clean, modern, and conveniently located near tourist attractions. We loved the spacious rooms and the friendly and helpful staff. Despite a few minor drawbacks with breakfast and the need for better parking, our overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

The help offered by the guy at the reception on the day we arrived in the evening, who offered us his place in the garage for 8 euros a day and we were able to park because we had been looking for parking for over an hour.
There are several things that I would like to comment, I begin with the suffocating heating, we went down to say it to the reception and they told us that they would lower it, we had to sleep with the window open that it was a cold that peeled in the street and room was so hot that you could not even notice that the cold entered and with a baby of 8 months sweating the biggest thing, then the cover that is round of the drain that goes in the floor in the bathrooms, all the water came out every time we took a shower and to finish there is no parking in the area and we had to put the car in their garage which charges 8 per night and there were no spaces and thank God a guy at the reception told us to wait for me to give you mine and park in the corridor because I leave first at 7 in the morning and it will not bother, Thank God she gave birth to us, because with the baby in the car and that cold we spent more than an hour wandering around the area to park, until she talked to the guy at the reception and told me what we could do and I gave us a cable. Thank God there are good people, grateful.

Comfortable bed, sabamas are great and very soft (you sleep among cotton). If you opt for breakfast included, it is Buffet, they have a lot of variety, from hot food to pastries, fruit, yougures, cold cuts, various types of bread, etc. Large and comfortable shower (although without door and you wet everything).
Excessively small room, the chair could not be removed from the desk because the bed was there, the bide so narrow that it could hardly be used, the air conditioning cannot be regulated and it turns off when it reaches a certain temperature. We left our wallet while we were having breakfast and they took 50 ? from the purse of the bag, they don't let food go up to the room ( so we have a fridge then? ). The prices of the soda machines are excessive 2 ? a canned cola. The menu of food 10 ? without Iva and without drinks.. you can eat better outside and more economic. Television badly tilted and from the bed you can't see the images at all.

The room was absolutely amazing! It was so cozy and comfortable with all the amenities you could ever need. I felt like I was wrapped in a warm hug the entire time I was there. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Personally, I found the piped music a bit distracting at times, but I understand that others might enjoy it.

hotel was nice and rooms were spacious and clean. beds are comfortable. It is a modern hotel and good for its price and what I liked very much is that it is familiar since I went with my family my husband and our three daughters. What was very bad is the staff that attended the breakfast time and food is bad because it is not made at the time and it is cold and those who attend are very rude and do not do their job but worry about looking at you and be rude to the customer. Otherwise it is very good and receptionist guy was nice. Usually not to mention the rude workers in the dining room at breakfast the hotel is very good. I recommend it for families because what we liked most was that it was clean because we have gone to other hotels in Madrid such as the Exe Madrid la Zarzuela which has four strcuatroys and was very dirty with bugs and bad food besides the beds had bugs and fridge was rusty.
I should improve the canteen workers and food is otherwise fine.

comfort of the bed and friendliness of the reception staff, especially the morning boy. kind. Cleaning up pretty good.
What we didn't like was that he didn't have a closet. He had to be with his clothes in his suitcase since he had 6 or 7 hangers and little else. Then, apart from the walls that border the rooms, which were not soundproofed the last night, we had to listen to the conversation of the tenant in room 318 and his laughter until the early hours of the morning. The reception was called after 1:30 p.m. to make a complaint. But they remained in the same situation until almost 2:30 a.m. They were able to rest more or less. Then the blinds on the windows, especially the one that takes out the light, were very uncomfortable to lower or raise. And the heating, apart from turning it off, was constantly being turned off. The breakfast that came in quite fair price.. Can improve these aspects. For our part we will not repeat and do not recommend it. A greeting.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent - spacious and modern rooms that can accommodate up to six people without feeling crowded. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Prado art gallery and a beautiful park.
The breakfast selection could have been better.
